Some of Our Members
Why it is Essential
-
Reducing isolation
We create spaces where seniors can meet and socialize, whether with their peers or younger people. Our events and activities are designed to foster enriching and lasting relationships.
-
Financial and digital literacy
We equip our seniors with the necessary skills to navigate the modern world. Our workshops teach them how to use digital
tools, understand personal finances, and avoid financial scams. -
Sociocultural Activities
Espace Grandèt offers a variety of activities that stimulate the mind and body. From art to music, sports to games, we create opportunities to fight dementia and promote optimal mental and physical health.
-
Well-being and Autonomy
We offer well-being activities that promote healthy aging. Our seniors can also become mentors for the younger generation, sharing their wisdom and experiences.
