Our Founder

Ginou Pierre Taverne

Passionate and determined, Ginou is involved in causes close to her heart, such as women’s empowerment and development, child protection and community development.

She is the founder of our organization Femmes VEE and the founder of the NPO Récréation Haïti, which works with vulnerable children.

Ginou has a bachelor’s degree in computer science and is pursuing a master’s degree in organizational leadership and management. She has worked, among others, at Unicef and the International Red Cross Committee.
